How about a gorgeous strawberry 🍓 Smoothie Bowl to get you through these hot & humid summer days! I’ve added the Red Fruits Protein Muesli from @hermanbrot for some extra crunch – I like it because it’s yummy, low in carbs & great for your daily protein intake!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen @oob_organic banana
2-3 Tbs of 🌱 Mylk
1/4 tsp of xanthan gum (optional)
TOPPINGS
Mixed Berries
1/4 cup Red Fruits @hermanbrot muesli
1 Tbs toasted flaked almonds
Method
Blend the frozen fruit & Mylk (& the xanthan gum if using – it thickens the smoothie a little) until the desired consistency, pour into a bowl
2️Add the toppings & enjoy!
